THUNDER CAMP PART 2-CHRISTIAN CREATIVE ARTS/EVANGELISM CAMP IN MUSIC CITY NASHVILLE THE BEST TENNESSE TEEN SUMMER CAMP
What if there were a life-changing Christian youth mission summer camp in the famous music city of Nashville Tennessee that would radically impact your loved young teen for God?!! Thunder Camp is one of the best local summer camps in the heart of Music City where teenagers, ages 13-18, are sent out from the camp empowered and equipped in their God-given purpose with a new vision of who they are in Jesus! A thriving church in downtown Nashville, Harvest Sound, is hosting this creative arts and leadership/evangelism teen camp the week of June 24-30 this summer! There are countless testimonies from teens who have experienced this incredible camp, and it became one of the top pivotable and transformative weeks of their lives!!
One of the many purposes of Thunder Camp is to create a safe space for each teenager to be loved and accepted for who they are! For them to grow confident in the gifts and unique talents they have and boldly go out on mission for the Lord!! 1 Timothy 4:12 says, “Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, and in purity!” At Thunder Camp, our heart is to inspire and activate the younger generation to be an example of Jesus to all believers!!
As one of our great leaders said “Thunder Camp is like a train station where young teens come, board, and then are sent off towards the destination where God is guiding them!! The direction of each young teen’s life is so special and specific and will have a powerful effect on generations to come after them! They will be able to learn and grow in valuing a culture of honor and celebrating each other within a community, experience uplifting friendships, and make countless fun memories that will last a lifetime! We stay on a mission base outside of Nashville in the country to give the campers a full camp experience with the best of both worlds: staying in nature with cabins and a mix of industrial Nashville for some classes at Harvest Sound. We have an incredible staff that has all gone through a 3-month long discipleship training program called the Intensive & Leadership Track. A couple of amazing inner-city outreaches within Nashville will create a space for them to put the love of God into action and grow in serving the community around them! There will also be times set apart throughout the week that will cultivate a personal connection with God and allow them to grow in hearing His voice! Thunder Camp is a week of powerful teachings, high praise and worship, ministry outreaches, incredible workshops, spontaneous jam sessions, creative/evangelism tracks, fun games with friends, (like an ultimate scavenger hunt or dance party), and it’s truly the best week of summer!!
