The Intensive is a 3-day ministry and leadership training school, based in Nashville, TN, for ages 18 to 98.
Choose one (2-hour) training track to develop your specific interests and gifts:
HEALING TRACK (physical, emotional, and spiritual)
EVANGELISM TRACK (tools to help you boldly share the gospel)
CREATIVE TRACK (e.g., songwriting, leading worship, vocal training, photography, videography, social media)

The Intensive 2026 will take place from June 18-20 (Thursday - Saturday)
General Time Frame (including meal breaks):
Thursday: 8 a.m. (registration) — 7:00 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m. — 10:30 p.m.
Saturday: 9:30 a.m. — 1:30 p.m.

Harvest Sound International is located in Nashville, TN, just a short walk from downtown, the Gulch, and Capitol Hill. Harvest Sound is housed in a refurbished, historic building with a rich history that now serves as a vibrant space for gatherings and events. Founded and led by Pastors Scott and Sarah MacLeod, Harvest Sound has equipped and trained thousands of individuals from all over the world since 1993.

Equipping Sessions
Ministry Activation Tracks (choice of Media, Creativity, or Evangelism)
Continental breakfast on Thursday and Friday and a BBQ feast to take place on Saturday at the ministry’s gorgeous 70-acre property located 14 miles from Harvest Sound’s downtown location.

Nashville International Airport (BNA) — less than 10 miles from Harvest Sound.

We recommend casual or business casual for teaching and worship sessions. Consider bringing casual outdoor clothing and hiking boots for Saturday’s BBQ.

We do not provide any transportation to and from ministry location or airport. There are limited free parking spots surrounding the venue as well as paid parking nearby.

Continental breakfast on Thursday & Friday, as well as lunch on Saturday. These three meals, as well as snacks, will be provided. We will break for lunch and dinner on Thursday and Friday, allowing time to eat at nearby local hot spots.

After attending The Intensive, attendees have the opportunity to apply for a 3-month Leadership school called Leadership Track which focuses on raising up and empowering leaders to be healthy, sustainable, and purpose driven. During this time, you will develop your personal gift set to help grow you into your calling. There will be teaching, activation, outreach, and ministry.

LEADERSHIP TRACK
AFTER THE INTENSIVE STUDENTS HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO APPLY FOR A 3 MONTH LEADERSHIP TRACK THROUGH HARVEST SOUND.
THIS LEADERSHIP TRACK FOCUSES ON RAISING UP AND EMPOWERING LEADERS TO BE HEALTHY, SUSTAINABLE AND PURPOSE DRIVEN. DURING THIS TIME, YOU WILL BE HONING IN YOUR PERSONAL GIFT SET TO HELP GROW YOU IN YOUR CALLING. THERE WILL BE TEACHING, ACTIVATION, OUTREACH AND MINISTRY.
